Still one of my favorite places to come to sit for a while and have a delicious shrimp cocktail and a beer. Very friendly staff and great food and service.

The Menudo was very Bland even after adding a little extra salt and extra lemon. The broth/juice was very watery. The older woman host/ waitress has little to no customer service skills. Her facial expressions are priceless. She has a very dry personality send makes you feel guilty for even asking for anything . She serviced my table bringing me my food, and that was the last time I saw her for the 35 minutes of my dining experience. I paid $7.99 for a meal plus $2 tip that I could have got for $6 else where without tip. I had more Harmony in my menudo then anything else. I will not be returning.

Great asada and carnitas tacos! I always have a craving for their margaritas. These are the types of small family businesses I love to support. Youngest daughter helps out with little things like menus and napkins; it's so cute. Waiter was always attentive.

Good was good , not as friendly as I expected

I was excited to try this place due to other people saying how good it is but it was a big disappointment. I ordered the macho burrito and it was luke warm/cold inside and out. Then the server defended the food saying it wasn't hot because there is lettuce in it. That is unacceptable. I have never had cold food anywhere else where my burrito had lettuce. I didn't eat it due to I didn't want to get sick. I doubt I will go back. I wasn't impressed with any of the food, drinks or service.

At the moment you enter that place the personel give you a comfortable feeling. Very congenial crew, it is a friendly place to pass time with buddies or with your date. delicious food, specialist chef de cuisine, reasonable cost and professional service. Highly recommended.

My husband and I love this spot. We always get the same thing, cause we're boring =P but any time I stray from my usual I'm always satisfied. Salsa is the best and their red sauce is off the hook. Try this place if you enjoy your Mexican food and family style service.

Best wet bean & cheese burritos I've ever had, by a long shot... this is on place I recommend often... really wish I knew the ingredients on their wet-sauce.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE AMYS.. !!! I love their food . Ive had the chicken nachos. Chicken fajitas, enchiladas and bean and cheese burrito and my family and i always enjoy. The family is spectacular ! You can hear the owner singing in the kitchen and its wonderful !! Daisy is such a sweetheart. They all are ! Come in and try them ! Psst... full bar as well ..lol

Amy's is the best family owned mexican restaurant in the high desert in my opinion. My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years and the service and food is the same as it always has been.... Amazing and absolutely delicious!!! Its a cute little hole in the wall. Dont be put off by how small it is, they make up for that with their incredible food and hospitality !!

It was good food tho they shouldn't be so tight on the 1/4 dish of salsa and 1/4 basket of chips. Other than that I thought they were great !!

The food is good and you get fast service but not "fast food" by friendly staff. They are always checking in with you to make sure all your needs are met. I've been there several times and everything has been good. Pricing is very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I believe some of the staff are family members and take pride in their restaurant wanting to give you a good experience when you come there to eat. It obvious they have regulars come in and they're greeted like family. I would recommend this little hole in the wall place. It's not the fanciest place but the food, value and staff are worth the visit.

After many years of being away from Apple Valley and having been former regular customers of Amy's, we come back to find that Amy's is more amazing and delicious than ever! The food is awesome, the customer service is terrific and the atmosphere is colorful and super friendly. We missed it and will definitely be your customers again! I like it here for several reasons. The beans are great. The chips are not. But the food never tastes frozen. Improve the chips for +1. It won't stop me from eating here, but I like the chips down the street better.

This Mexican restaurant is a hidden Jewel! The Servings are generous and most importantly, Delicious! Just about everything on the menu is "a can't miss". I especially love Amy's "Beef Fajitas" and "Chili Colorado Burrito" The staff is very nice and on the spot. I can't help comparing the huge difference between Amy's Mexican food, to other "Fine Mexican Restaurants" there truly is NO CONTEST. Amy's comes out on top ACROSS THE BOARD 😋😍

We gave this resturant a try but it was so bad. Sadly, dont give this place a try. The service was terrible, the server talked over us and didn't listen to anything we said. It took like 20 minutes to gets drinks and they were wrong, then it took over 30 minutes to get food. When the food finally came it was covered in pools of grease and oil. I personally ordered carne asada tacos and the meat was ground beef and most grissle and fat chunks. My husband's food was soaked in oil as well. My plate was dripping with oil and got everywhere. The servers were rude and almost completely ignored us. They couldn't get other customers orders right and I watched alot of people send food back and even leave. Super bummed.

Food and service are always very good.
